Barre Classes
CGM Barre is a fun, energising full-body workout that blends Pilates principles, classical ballet-inspired movement, and functional strength training.
This 45-minute class focuses on posture, alignment, and core control, while delivering a serious burn to the legs and glutes. Expect small, precise movements, flowing sequences, and upbeat energy that challenge strength, balance, and endurance.
No dance experience is required and all fitness levels are welcome.
Please note: Due to the dynamic nature of the class, Barre is best suited to clients without current injuries.
