Our 45 minute mat Pilates classes are a fun, dynamic, full-body class that focuses on traditional Pilates floor work using your own body weight and a variety of small props.
Expect a strong, engaging workout that challenges your core, coordination, and concentration, while improving posture, strength, flexibility, and overall mobility. Precision and control are key, helping you build a stable, resilient body and a focused mind. No need to bring a mat, we provide you with a Mat and all the props you need!
This class is suitable for all levels, however if it’s your first time trying Pilates, we recommend starting with Reformer Foundations to learn the fundamentals.
Please note: Due to the dynamic nature of Mat Pilates, this class is not suitable for clients with current injuries or during pregnancy. Participants must also be able to get down to and up from the floor independently
