Our group classes are designed to improve your overall health and fitness, for rehabilitation or specific guidance visit our Studio Pilates where we offer 1:1 Private sessions.


Group Reformer Pilates

Created by Joseph Pilates, the Pilates Reformer is one of the most versatile pieces of Pilates equipment. At CGM Pilates our group Reformer Pilates classes offer a combination of traditional and contemporary Pilates exercises performed on spring resistance Pilates reformer machines.

Reformer Foundations

Whether you’ve already fallen in love with Reformer Pilates or it’s your first time, Reformer Foundations is the ideal place to begin. This 60minute class is held in a small, supportive group and focuses on the core principles of Pilates, quality movement, and confident use of the Reformer. You’ll become familiar with our equipment, teaching style, and key techniques that support safe, effective practice.

Reformer Foundations also provides the opportunity to reconnect with your body, discuss past injuries or movement considerations, and set personal goals with our experienced instructors.

This class is a prerequisite for all new clients at CGM and sets you up to progress confidently into our other Reformer and equipment classes.

Open Reformer (signature class!)

These 50minute classes focus on core strength, posture, mobility, and controlled movement, helping you build strength, improve flexibility, and move with greater ease in everyday life.

Classes are taught in small groups with attentive guidance from experienced CGM instructors. Exercises are layered and adaptable, allowing your to move at an appropriate level while still being supported and challenged.

Please note: For those managing injuries, or working toward specific goals, we recommend private sessions for more personalised support.


Jump Reformer

Jump Reformer is a dynamic, high-energy Pilates class that blends precise Reformer work with low-impact cardio. Using the jump board, you’ll move through controlled jumping, strengthening, and core-focused sequences that elevate the heart rate while remaining gentle on the joints.

Expect a full-body workout that targets the legs and glutes, challenges your core, improves coordination, and boosts cardiovascular fitness — all while maintaining Pilates control, alignment, and breath.

This class is ideal for those looking to add a fun, athletic edge to their Pilates practice, build stamina, and leave feeling energised.

Please note: Jump Reformer is not suitable for clients with current injuries, heart conditions, or during pregnancy.


Stretch & Restore Reformer

Stretch & Restore Reformer is a slower-paced, 50-minute restorative class designed to help you unwind, move gently, and restore ease in the body.

Using the support of the Reformer and spring resistance, this guided session integrates mobility work, stretching, gentle strengthening, and release techniques to improve range of motion, reduce tension, and promote relaxation.

Ideal for recovery days, times of increased stress, or anyone wanting a more nurturing approach to movement, this class leaves you feeling grounded, open, and restored..
